I believe therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you’re experiencing with curiosity and compassion. I work collaboratively and relationally, paying attention not only to your individual experiences, but also to the relationships, identities, and larger world that shape your life. My approach integrates relational psychoanalytic psychotherapy, EMDR, neuroscience, and climate-aware and trauma-informed perspectives. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, life transitions, or a sense of overwhelm about the world around you, I offer a thoughtful, grounded space to explore what matters most to you.
