If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or traumatized by the climate crisis, my counseling practice offers a space to feel the range of feelings that come with being aware of how urgent this crisis is. Whether you work in an environmental career, are a climate activist, or are simply a concerned human, seeking climate aware therapy can help you get unstuck, process feelings of grief and overwhelm, and clarify your values and path forward.
My work is focused on helping you get clarity on what you want your life to be about given the reality of climate change. You may need time to grieve a future you had imagined for yourself that no longer seems possible, space to decide how much of your energy you want to devote to climate activism, or help deciding on major life decisions such as where to live or whether to have children given the potential catastrophes the climate crisis may bring (or has already brought to your region).
